Here you go mate but remember i had to break mine to get it out and it wasn't easy, lots of prying with screwdrivers very carefully and it's fragile too so i take no responsibility if you break it getting it out ;) The last picture shows just how many clips hold it in, mine just clicks back in...

This was the first thing i did when i bought my clio, it's just a security phone number i think but it's in the manual for the car anyway. I remember thinking that my clio being black the sticker looked like a bar code in the window :)
