No worries mate. Glad to help tbh. Regards the pics - yeah not a problem I'll get some taken and uploaded for you. I'll tag you when they're up. I have welded in seat tubes in my car and I also have nothing secured into the tunnel for the harnesses mate.
@MattJB follow the link and have a good read.

This is the schroth guide for installation. Take note of the dimensions for the distances between the lap belt mounting points.
If you've got any questions or want any pics give me a shout.

If I get time I'll upload some pics of where and how I've mounted mine tomorrow. Please though, don't use m8 eyelets mate. If they break you may as well not be wearing a harness. For a harness to work properly in the event of a mishap it all needs to be held secure and worn tight.
I don't mean...
Block is different on the 1*2 to the 197. Head is also different on the 197. Cambelt drives the water pump on the 197 motor but 1*2 is driven by an auxiliary belt.
197 box won't fit a 1*2 block either I'm afraid.
You could always find a 197 block and re-block the 1*2 engine so you can fit a...
That induction set up is a v6 airbox mate and it requires the relocation of the battery - no big drama tbh.
It's the maxi evo that requires the relocation of the header tank as well. They're £££'s though.
I believe so mate, but they supply a lot of other companies as well. The one I supply isn't the ktec one though, as they have an exclusive deal with ttv - and quite rightly so.
I can supply a billet flywheel if your interested? £250 delivered.
It's not recommended to do much with the original flywheel as if too much material is removed they're liable to shatter, leaving you up s**t creek without a paddle.
Get a wheel bolt and cut some hooves into the tapered part of the bolt. Get a impact gun and spin the wheel bolt round - no more paint in the taper.
Another way is to tape some emery paper to a wheel bolt and do the same thing basically.
I got about 23 miles out of a pair of SNR rears. That's what you'd get from Renault for anyone that doesn't know. Spacer in place and torqued up to 175nm. There's a potential that the originals could've nipped up and spun on the stub axles, but there's certainly no tell tale signs that's...
Those rear wheel bearings are a f**king pita. I've had failures after only 25 miles use!! Used SNR bearings (oe make) had the spacer at the back and I torqued them up to 175Nm as specified. Not no f**king more though!!! Got a solution sorted that retains the original stub axles and disc but uses...
I use a manfrotto clamp for securing mine to the cage. It's used by lighting engineers in theatres to hold the lights up, so more than capable of holding a gopro/a n other camera.
You want -10 or -12 mate. The 044's flow so much fuel -6 just isn't enough. For my setup I'd got a high flow pump acting as a lift pump and the 044 after the swirl pot. The pump became noisy and hot after time. The reason for this was that it was flowing more fuel than -6 supplied so it was...
I had this problem at the 'ring coming up to certain corners. I've currently got a raised rpm, but I tried various ways. In the end I just held on to it on the lower limiter and let it bounce off it and it didn't make any noticeable difference. We are talking a maximum of 1-1.5s time wise. Saved...
What size feed pipe are you using into the 044? It looks like -6 or -8? Either of those sizes are a bit on the small side and you risk the 044 pumping more than can be supplied. I speak from experience mate.
