To get the 197 inlet to fit you have to drill and tap the 1*2 head to accept the 197 bolt pattern. That's the easy bit. Then you have to weld up the lower part of the 1*2 ports up to about halfway and you need to weld the inside of the port as well a good way in. Machine the gasket face flat and...

I've got one of the circlip replacement plates if your interested? It's a significantly stronger way of holding the drive cup in place rather than the circlip that's for sure.
I paid a pro £50 to remove the old glass and fit the polycarbs. That said if you use the right stuff you could quite easily fit them yourself. I was having a new screen at the time, so it made sense to tap the guy up to do the others whilst he was there!
Looking at the description suggests that the terminals are m5 fixings - barleys are m6 and I've never seen m5's, but that's not to say they're not available of course.
You out will need to replace your terminals though no matter what.
Snap on 18v impact gun would be my suggestion. They did a lithium battery powered one as well now, but they're around £600-£700! Lol! 18v's can be had for around £250-£300
