Do they actually change the back light colour from orange to one of the listed colours then? Without modding the orange plastic behind the dials? Theres been loads of posts about how to do it but never a strait forward answer!

Dont be suprised if its not loud strait away. It will get louder as you clock a few miles on it. Theres normally a kind of baffle material inside the back box, as carbon etc builds up in it the airflow becomes a little smoother and the sound increases with it. (No one quote me on that)

I got the box with the sub so assume its ok. Its sealed and is pretty small.

Got it from Pulse Car Audio. TBH I always though my old Kenwood sub sounded better, so did the theiving scum bag who took it obviously. The Silver ones are well expensive!

My pro plus seems to have had it funny enough. My sub is an Eclipse 87121.4 - 4ohm Think its DVC but not too sure, think its 300w RMS 600w Peak. Wanna buy the right amp seen a Kenwood one that looks up to scratch. (see my post titled is this amp good enough)

Not too fussed about the back box its whats between the cat and the back bax that bemuses me. I personally cant see what difference it would make. Think I may just buy a de-cat and not bother with the rest! Unless some one can tell me a reason why the full system would make a difference?

Will a De-cat and back box be as effective as full system including a de-cat? Ive got a back box and dont know whether to buy just a de-cat, the de-cat and rest of the system or a whole new system (including new backbox). I currently have a piper back box.
