You could use the angled spacers that Jenvey sell on the ktec kit tbh. Just bolt them inbetween the body and the filter back plate (assuming it has one? Never paid much attention to it tbh)

Getting the fundamental geometry correction is THE way forward. You could have 300hp and be the fastest in a straight line, only to have someone give you the bird with 180hp in the bends because they can carry more speed through the corner because their suspension is working correctly. Its just...

Mine rubbed on the bumper bracket (since fully removed) and also on the inner arch tub itself. It mainly happens on full compression of the suspension for me. I run 205/50 15 r888's and I'm running 12.5mm wider track than a normal cup. This is done the correct way and not using spacers.

No ph2 doesn't have more space chip. My tyres knock the bollox out of the front inner wheel arches, but I am quite low.
