I'd rather pay an extra £100 a year on road duty than drive an ordinary electric car to be honest. I've no issue with paying more either to be fair. If electric cars are indeed greener, and the vast majority are driving them, then great. Anyway, it's only another 25 years until my Clio is exempt.
