Depends really. If there only small dents then get dent master to go over the car first. My friend did it that way. Was quoted £200 to sort dents etc but he only paid £100 cash and had dent master go over the whole car.

Your looking at £100 a panel mate. Thats a guide my mate who does bodywork uses. If theres excessive preperation needed than its another £60 a panel.

LOL Being a engineer I have access to all the relevant machinery needed. Just have to do it in my own time, so sat mornings. Plus we have a paint shop on site so all I had to do was provide the paint.

My old valver had 120k and seemed a bit quicker than my current valver with 77k. Therefore id say they do get better with age. Drive them hard and they respond well. Thats how im going to loosen up my current one anyway.

Thats steep. Like others have said get a second hand door. As long as theres no rust itll be ok. Parking dings can be removed for £40 a panel. Then get it painted and swap your bits over. Clio doors are easy to come by.

Its not a spotty back its boils filled with the oil in the steroid. Agree with the tiny weight thing. Also they have to cycle it so for 2 months they look huge and train in vests then for a month they lose loads of size and train in jumpers, you see it at my gym all the time.
