    Harphamominom's Ph1 Project - sunflower content p12 onwards

Love the colour coded clay bar, but WTF are you doing using about a kilo of the stuff in one go !? Half of that, or less, is a much better idea. Especially when you drop it and are then stuffed having to throw the lot away after doing half the front wing :rasp:

Head gasket? I have a bit of smoke when revving...

If it's Uncle Buck levels of steam (it's not smoke), then perhaps do a bit of under-bonnet reconnaissance. If it's cold out and you're running a petrol engine then expect water as a by-product of combustion. Water warms up and becomes steam. Homework: GCSE Chemistry.

    FAO BMW Geeks

eBay: Avoid. So apart from a mark on the bodywork, a new engine, new springs and a new battery, it's excellent. Bid away...!! You really have to ask ?

    Sub Help

150A ?! That's a f**king lot of current. Infact, does your starter motor even draw that much juice when cold cranking ! I think my sub has a 20A fuse... Also, as above, sounds like there's no remote, just a live perma-live 12v which won't help you one bit.

    A few experimental pics - R27

Long exposure rather than a time lapse - that's more a video made up of shots over a long period of time. Anyway, http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?565115-Tutorial-Fixing-White-Balance ;)

    Well needed clean

Looks alright.. Wonder Wheels + TurtleWax ? Thou shalt be cast out of this section !!! :rasp: Read the stickies in this section .. you don't need anyone to help you clay your car. If you do, well... there's no hope for you !

What camera do you have ? Wick is a CS member .. he lives in Sidcup and is reasonably handy with an SLR. As for you..... :coffee: [What's a thunderc*nt ? Really awful version of a Thundercat ?!] I like your photos. I like the orange glow. It looks purposeful, not that crap weak...

Are my alloys too big for a clio?

Rotating mass is the issue with things that rotate. Google it. Can't be arsed to explain. Anyway, back on topic: 18's y0 ! 17s are too big. 15s are the nicest to drive, but the right wheel makes the aesthetics work at the end of the day. 17" ultraleggera, in grey on a black...
