depends how good your stock ones are tbh, some are ok and some are shocking but its an improvement either way. Mine were v.good and I still noticed a differance with my matched ones.
Just dug out the rolling road thread. He didn't have a re-map or matched inlets so fingers crossed you would...
A while back somone with similar mods had theres on the dyno and made 185 bhp. Things I cant remember is if it was mapped and if there inlets were matched. But hey defo had 182 manifold, de-cat, cat back and filter
I assume you already have a cat back btw. but at the end of the day its not a massive gain. But the car will respond much better and rev a lot more freely
I personally dont see the point in coilies unless there going to be constantly ajusted threw out there life. 9 out of 10 people get them set up and leave them as be. Some decent shocks like koni ajustables and springs lowering your car to height you want and pocket the rest
I would personally use angel works. They CNC machine theres where as most do them by hand so better finish and more accurate with CNC

the big thing that sits over the top of your engine is an inlet and they are poorly fabricated at factory so to get the most from them you can get them matched. Mine used to struggle past 110mph when it was completly standard now it see's 130ish ok on a private run way near me
got it all fitted. IMO if you have you want a smaller feed then 76mm dosnt fit inside the air box hole so I've siliconed it to the bottom feed on the outside. Was going to mount it to side feed but cant due to battery being in standard position. Also removed the carbon canistor. Im thinking fog...
cant stand any of the smart range to be perfectly honest, like you say they just look plastic. And a lot of them look like the sort of thing a OAP would drive
basicly its the same style as what the BTCC cars are running. Nothing confirmed on figures or cost yet. But is going to be a hell of a lot cheaper then ITB's. Heres the link for you to follow progress
