In the end used the White pad to give a better finish after some Sonus Swirl Remover, followed by a gentle coat of Megs #7 and P21S to add a little protection. It looks a picture, I'll have to take a couple of snaps before I bugger off to work in the morning and ruin it!

Nice, but how well does the disk take to where it is? As I've noticed my disk gets fairly warm if I turn off my drive cooling pump.

I think you need to understand there is a difference between malicious code and viruses... If Microsoft built any AV into Vista they'd be hung, drawn and quartered. If they didn't build ANY defence at all into it then they'd be attacked by the media for being irresponsible. Tell me honestly...

Well said. Would you use GIMP to protect yourselves from viruses? You look through Vista's options, and despite being shipped with 'Defender', mine still lists as having no AV. Might be a giveaway that! On a side note, put it on the laptop last night using a bodge to get FE890 drivers...

Think you may be right - there are similar issues with Fiesta Mks and Phases - what enthusiasts term the Mk5 is a Mk4 Facelift to Ford, and the Mk6 is the Mk5. Perhaps similar with Renault, I know I've looked at mine on my 182 and it doesn't look like it can fail because of the way the clip is...

You won't get many TIFFs on a gb card. I use raw on mine, and only get 70 on a gb card. 300-odd on a 4gb CF.
