i agree i was seriousley considering selling the 172 and getting my bike license and use the bike thats lying doing nothing. now there was nothing major up with the car a wee service new discs/pads and its all good but i had really fallen out with it, but tonight on our private runway had a play...
sure you will be fine, i bought a car from a boy (arsehole) and never changed the v5 i then sold the car on but it was still in the original persons name - it was never retaxed/sorned and he never got the fine for it. so am sure couple of days will be fine
I believe i have managed to warp the n/s/f brake disc - braking from high speeds there is a vibrating coming through the pedal/wheel.Still plenty of pad left so i know thats not the fault. any ideas?
if that is the case will it be ok to use on short journeys until the new discs/pads come...
Was behind a blue 172 cup on helen street tonight reg began with HT53 had a clio sport sticker on the back window.

il give you a wee blast and see how it goes :P used to be one kicking about town at the weekends trying to race everything and anything was quite nippy.
agreed, when i got mine back it had feet marks on the roof ended up with new interior front bumper, rear bumper, wheel refurb, 4 new tyres, side skirts, both doors and wings painted.
drove 50 miles and the engine fucked up insurance paid another 4.5k to fix the engine
wish it was burnt out...
my corsa was stolen and recovered - was never logged on the HPI
but if you are anything like me the car just wont feel the same again when you get it back :(
i got mine made up from c + c - isnt that loud on normal driving but it gives a nice rip when putting the foot down .might be worth you looking at a custom one?
touch ups is a given - cant recommend them enough
kenny laird is silly expensive and seen some of his paint work is more than to be desired but has done some awsome cars in his time with good finishes.
car medic is good, reasonably priced and mobile
but defo touch ups all the way
