Yer exactly what RoberCL said; you'll want it insured by someone for fire and theft at least for your sixth months. Might be worth trying to get TPFT quote for a year to make it cheaper?

Did they every release the typhon gen II kit; I believe escebit?? had this fitted with good results?

I had problems with third also; I ended up getting a complete new box after 26k. They tried to blame to problem on clutch wear but they soon decided the clutch was fine and new box was put in! That was ~1k of work, so I was very glad of warranty!!

As James said they might prefer standard wheels; but you could swap or sell your aftermarket ones easily enough if you wanted / needed to. You'll more than likely get a rubbish trade in price; and is the 182 really worth the upgrade?? Wouldn't be imo; not considering how much it would...

Sounds like your clutch; but there's no way that should be going after 22k! Get down to Renault and kick up a fuss and do not let them charge you for it!!!

Has it been serviced recently? Is it due one? Take it to where it was serviced; they should set the ecu so that it doesn't come on until your next service interval. I think that's correct anyway!

If the BBPT one is the same length as stock is throw any shorter??!

Nice clio; like the alloys very nice colour indeed! The splitter is a tad too big really; a carbon fibre cup one would look very smart imo! Change the grill also; 172 / 182 one looks better than the stock one you have.

You really wouldn't notice the difference between stock 172s / 182s / Cups there's just nothing init. They're all good fun cars and the choice between Cup / non-cup comes down really to just what you want! And the 182 Cup had to have ABS by law now!

Why not just source a mint second hand one; he'll get a good price, a nicely run in car and he can pick any colour that appears in Autotrader (all of them).

It wouldn't be cheap to get that back to it's original glory! Just be easier to buy a standard Cup!

I think the only one with Pins is the Clio; Renault and Sport are stuck on! I haven't taken them off tho!

Flame Red is luvvveellyy; if I didn't love the Mondial Blue and wanted a non cup I would have got this colour! Quite rare as well!
