I'd leave it another year and even that would be playing it safe.

Im sure the Cu racers have their batterys relocated to the boot. Then using the big space left they fit a straight pipe that conects to a ph1 air box. the air box pipe then feeds from an air scoop attached to where the light would be (if it had any lights).
So i guess if you want to take this...
You get - bucket seats, harness, cup paint and decals, speeline alloys with race tyres, air scoop, racing dash, race suspension fully set up, prob different exhaust and air filter and pretty much every part tweacked! so thats cheap
Doesn't sound like anything too bad has happened.
Just sounds like a few niggles that you need to get sorted.
Breaking problem def sounds like an ABS issue, either with the ring or sensor.
I bet my bottom dollar that the buzzing sound is coming from the interor light above your head where...
The 197 cup is going to be like the 182 cup, poverty spec with preicous little performance gains although the bright side is its cheaper.
I'd only go for the cup if i didn't want air con.
The cup pack will be available on the normal 197 soon anyway.
But the Clio is already almost as quick as the meggy.
Meggy's are the smart mans choice as they drive better, more toys, look sex, much more tuning potential, tubo, comfy and have a big sexy a$$ lol
