I agree completely, i drove my dads 3.2 DSG TT, very nice it was, but it wasnt as good as the clio in my opinion if you like driving! He sold the tt for a 987 boxster s, which he has now sold due to him liking the R27 more!
Ive had various hot hatches including a 172, cooper s and an elise...
Yeah - we are doing a trip through france, belgium and germany at the end of the month and its becoming a bit of a tradition to have the cars stickered up :)
Its a 172 cup that one!
Nick
Also going to the nurburgring at the end of the month with a group of friends... as a bit of a laugh we have all the cars stickered up and mine was the mule!
Does anyone want to buy my session time?... I have changed cars now, am also doing the nurburgring the week before so dont fancy too much track action in a short period of time. Im not sure how it would work but I guess paypal could be sent to me and then the name transferred over.
Thanks
Nick
No there were no holes under the badge, I just heated it up with a hair dryer to soften the glue and it just fell off! (be careful not to get it too hot!)
I may get fined... but Ive had chopped plates for the last 6 years and had no problems, I even got stopped in my last car and told off for...
Technically maybe not - however the spacing is correct all the way round - we once had a scooby stolen with short plates, the police commented on them and said they werent sure whether they were legal or not!
And yes fronts are chopped too -
I didnt choose to have the spoiler fitted - was on the car when i bought it - at first was going to take it off but I quite like it now - each to their own i guess :)
Was over at Oulton Park for a test day with friends race team on friday, thought id take a few pics of the Clio whilst I was there! ...
Pics I took on track here... http://www.flickr.com/photos/playtoymotorsport/sets/72157604656238389/
A friend of mine had a ph2 vee - he has had all sorts of cars including a lotus exige s and he really rated the vee, it has so much character. I loved it as a passenger it drew in so much attention and was just so unique. The m3 is a fantastic car but they really are 2 massively different cars...
I have this spoiler fitted to my rb r27, it was on the car when i bought it and wasnt sure at first, but now really like it - think it finishes the rear end off :)
