I'm rushing home from work tonight to drag the hoover out (in the rain so I might be electrocuted)
Its clean, but I want it to be extra clean for viewing
After nearly a month of advertising, I've finally taken a call on my car from a chap who is coming through tonight to see my car.
Lets hope he likes the wheels lol
Attached is an engine bay pic of my car. Are the top suspension mounts standard?
(Sorry, I know I should have taken a pic which was closer but I hope you can see what I mean)
I think if I posted pics of it on a cruise site they'd be liked. Just dont think owners forums are much impressed. Ah well, you win some you lose some.
I just need to get some standard wheels. Not an easy find in Scotland though.
I'll hold off just now until I can get it back to standard I think. I paid a lot more than 3k for it so I'd rather keep it than lose so much after only 6 months
lol, yeah, looks like it. Funny thing is, in the flesh they don't really look as bad as everyone is saying. Still, general opinion is that they are pish, so therefore........................... they are pish
Hi all,
Just now I am trying to sell my Clio as we're reducing to one car as my wife is pregnant again.
Unfortunately, I am not getting a lot of interest and am confused why, as I don't think the car is overpriced. It's advertised for £3995
Looking for your comments on information...
Thanks for that Henry. Very helpful. I'll have a look after work.
If they are not the rubber ones, and in fact the solid metal, do I need to source some rubber ones to get it back to standard?
My car is currently on aftermarket suspension which I am returning to standard.
I bought standard 172 suspension from a chap on here, but he said it was without the top mounts but I bought it anyway.
My question is, (and it may sound a bit dumb) as my car has suspension, will it be using...
How do you get in to change the rear indicator bulbs on a MK3 Clio? I notice that unlike the MK2, its not got a screw inside the boot to remove the lense.
My car
I've had my Clio up for sale for almost a month now, with hardly any interest at all. Not one viewer, mostly people asking for a swap, or offering me low money before even coming to see the car.
I'm hoping for some assistance from you guys with regards to how I should price my advert...
Yeah, MK3 2006 on 56 plate. A year older than my Focus but if its cheaper to run I'm happy with the swap. Got a years warranty on it too, and a new 12 month MOT.
