It's worth enquiring, that dealership (the one near Market Weighton I presume) is a strange old place. It's not a big chain I don't think, it looks and feels more like a family business when I've spoken to them, so they might be quite competitive.

On a 1*2 the water pump is easy enough to do later iirc, so you could leave that off. And back in my day no one seemed to get the dephaser pulley changed, now people change it at every belt change. But then for the sake of £200 it does remove some risk. Also might be worth getting a quote off...
