Yes you can. Its on as standard if you click the ESP button next to the Cruise control it turns off ESP and TC, but not ABS (as you cant due to the tw*ts in brussels)

Where are you Matt? Basic checks would be: Earth (try another spot, i think i use the luggage net bolt closest to the rear bumper) Live and remote live, make sure the connections are secure and the fuses are in correctly. Try another amp to see if its your wiring.
