Exactly, if it was illegal not too renault couldnt supply car without them. Law isnt going to be specific enough to say "You must carry a cannister of sealant". Although you would be risking it without one, so go to halfords and get yourself a can of Tyreweld!
Cant be a requirement by law, otherwise reno couldnt sell the cup and 182! If i remember correctly, in my beetle the MOT peeps said that if you have one it must be legal tread.
Mine does the same sometimes, very jerky upto 3k revs with some hesitation. Only does it when the engines warm after going for lunch and then leaving it for a few hours and getting back in it before its cold.
im trying to track down the name of the fella with a supercharged V6, but i cant remember his name. He might be able to put you in touch with the company he used, he chases ferraris down in it and has people to prove it!
Think i have the lot 2 or 3 times apart from that bstad card. At the end of the day as soon as the comp had started people knew there would be a card you couldnt get
Its really difficult to find little things to do to the inside/outside that arent major changes, like alloys/bodykit. Ive changed the headunit, added a Mac audio powered sub and put a nice fire extinguisher in the boot. Externally (Dont rip me for this)) i bought a CUP badges of ebay and used...
Are you a regular at church too;)?
In all seriousness though, where are there hills in maidenhead (As im sure you said you lived there, or maybe were just visiting?
Ive just my 172 back from the bodyshop and you can bet that their checklist didnt include any of that. I bet it was more like "Right, last one back gets the bacon sarnies in" and my poor little beauty was raped across town!
What have you done to you clios to make them more personal? I dont mean huge bodykits or alloys, just the little things like new gear knobs etc. With the newer 172/182s etc, what are your plans as your not going to want to mash up the inside/outside of your new car to much?
Speak to mitsi as he sourced me a cheap ITG replacement filter. He might have one left or might be able to get you one. A few people on here have them and i think we are all impressed/satisfied with them. 6 screws and then pop out the old one and in with the new
I feel someone should start a RenaultHell site! Where we can b**ch about the shoddy stuff and shame them into improving like they did with NTL and NTHell
Dont think so mate, think they are different proportions. if you search the net there are programs you can use to design one for you, but cant remember the names.

Im a marketing mans dream, tell me it does X and ill blindly believe you. Optimax is the only thing to grace her tank since day one, I was taken in by the cleaning and xtra performance claims!
Does the 1.4 come with 15s, and you have put wider 16s on? In that case they are in the right to say its your fault, similar to lowering the car and them saying that they wont fix cv joint problems. Any tenous link gives them a chance to get out of fixing something, and make you pay for it.
Well i find that some times if you switch from radio to cd, the display sticks with the radio station name. Otherwise it doesnt show folder names, just track numbers E.g. Track 95. If you have an MP3 player, you shouldnt need an MP3 changer, just seems a waste of time when you can get 10-12...
You need a dedicated mp3 player, which the std isnt. Halford etc sell them for less than £100 but unless its a sony (Maybe Kenwood) that can take the autoleads connector that allows you to keep the HUD, it wont use the display. Mine kinda does but as you can get loads of folders and tracks the...
