6 inch mate. But I’m about to order some 5 inch for the smaller panels. The 6 is brilliant for bonnet and roofs but for everything else it’s a hindrance and a smaller pad is easier. That may change with a bit of practice I’m sure, but I’m not there yet.

Christ Kev, only had it half a day calm doon. Only used the white pad with some old Menz 2500 as my polishes are coming Friday. Yellow Rupes pad, blue Rupes pad, yellow polish and blue polish, and a load of Megs Microfibre pads. Got it all from James at Ti22.

Finally got myself a mk3 Rupes 21 polisher. Ho-Lee-sheet where have you been all my life?? I can literally polish a whole car in under 2 hours now. What a machine!

Don’t do it in your car! You have nice carpets, this is only for the cheap tight woven nylon type carpets. As found in Fiestas and Citroens etc.

Loads of people do it. I like Autoglym aerosol as it’s a bit more tame. Autosmart do a one called midnight and it’s probably the best, but only available in trigger application and it gets everywhere. Not ideal.

I didn’t need to on this, it in the absolutely fucked stuff, a tin of satin black paint or a black carpet dye works wonders. Less is more, but it’s a godsend on the bangers.

Same one as I have. Bought it about 3 years ago for about a tenner and still going strong. (Just do t get lazy when you can’t find your drill and use an impact gun. Bristles and plastic eeeeeerywhere.

Bog brush in a a drill. Makes those s**t cheap carpets come up lovely. I’m about to use one on this and will post results up later.

AG interior cleaner is the absolute nuts. Smells so good too. Don’t use it on leather though, it pulls the dye out.

Yup. I emptied mine, flushed it, ran it with just water in it for about half an hour. Basically until the fan kicked in, then drained again and flushed what I could then put the right stuff in. Don’t know if that’s the correct method but it worked and it hasn’t blown up. 😂 (My car uses orange...

Never mix coolants. It can crystallise (sp??). Using a different one is fine, just make sure you flush out all of the old stuff first.
