Just the one of fee 80 quid the plate is ready to allocate for no other costs, this only works if you already have the new car ready to put it on, other wise it is the 105 quid retention route.
Wash, Megs APC or Autoglym Engine and Machine Cleaner, Autoglym Tar Remover if needed and polish with AG Super Resin Polish and then they should be as good as new
Will go back onto the origional plate 99% of the time, my 309 and 306 both did when I transfered my plate. I have always done it over the counter there and then, but some local offices won't do it these days going by previous posts on here. Worth a phone call before making a trip down
You will have to remove it and put it on rentention Which will cost you £105
£80 Quid transfer and the £25 for a years retention.
All the details of how to do it are in step by step form on the DVLA site. You need the relevant form or go to the local office and do it there and then.
Powerstation said it was down to creating the fly figure more acurately. I was told they said they had 3 engines ran on an engine Dyno at Prodrive then tested them in cars on the rollers and they where all ran bang on what the engine dyno said.
But has always confussed me as they at the wheels...
If I had a safe works car park I would use it more. My 306 has numerous marks in it including tow bar marks in the front end of it from where I park in the street at work and I am not prepared to let that happen to the Clio.
