Scratch X is quite mild far from Lethal IMO, akin to Megs 9 and 82, so more mild than the SSR 2.5 Eddie has used already.
Have you got any 4 inch pads, a light cut pad 4 inch pad with SSR 2.5 to give some more cut would be my first route.

A good spray under the arches with AG Engine and Machine cleaner or Meguiars All Purpose Cleaners will speed up the Pressure Washers work.
I washed them with Hyper Wash.
Then used Autoglym Metal Polish applied with the Wire wool, then stepped down to Meguiars NXT Metal Polish applied by a MF Cloth.

If your nail catches it will need touching up and wet sanding back, done correctly it can look spot on, is one for the brave on larger marks.

P21s gives deeper richer look, Nattys Blue a clearer wetter look. I always find myself using Souveran or P21s over the Nattys as I am happy with its look.
The P21s spreads on and wipes off much easier.
You can apply SRP in circles or straight lines. I work it in both ways. The EGP I apply in straight lines as it allows me to get a thinner more even coat.
For removal I just wipe them off with a soft microfiber cloth.
70-80 quid a panel is the going rate per panel for PDR. I had one removed from my old 306's roof and cost about the same.

Straight lines or circles, it will still put in finer swirl marks correcting the bigger ones.
