    Slight Problem.......

A decent polish will be the only way to get rid oif the swirl marks, working by hand the results will be limited by how much elbow grease you have. Try some Meguiars Scratch X on a folded terry towel

    FFS - Megs clay..........AGAIN

Fits into the routine well before the spring and winter preps. Plastic bag test is a good way of knowing if the car needs it or not. Personally I dont feel the need to use it lol

Any 1 used ag tar remover

You can use it on spot areas and wipe off with an MF cloth, or you can apply it to the panels after rinsing before washing and remove it as part of the wash routine.

    Autoglym instant tyre dressing

Gel type products I apply with foam applicators. Liquid ones I find it easier with a thick inch and half paintbrush.

    Autoglym instant tyre dressing

It is water based so the first sign of water and it washes off. I have not found one that looks as good as when it is first applied. My currrent choices are: Blackfire Gel or Poorboys Bold and Bright. Suds dont add really anything to the wash the slickness of the wash soloution it's self...

    Cleaning sills inside (rubber)

Polish and wax the paint work, clean the rubber with soap and water and Meguiars APC if needed then protect with a good rubber dressing.

    Polishing hardware

As long as you can get a suitable backing plate to fit it you should be able to run the pads that most people talk about one here.

    FFS - Megs clay..........AGAIN

If you have lots of bonded on stuff Darren I would be tempted to pre soak the areas with first with some All Purpose Cleaner, from Meguiars or AG Engine and Machine Cleaner and Autoglym Tar And Adhesive Remover before claying this may cut down the marring.

    Polishing hardware

I used the P091L today to save my 3.01 and to use it up. Worked well even on hard VW paint but forgot how quicky it dries when working, still a QD spritz of Last Touch always sorts it.
