Did they machine polish the car first? Did you see the paint under the halogen lights behind the car in the picture?

Need to get some wax/sealant on there to protect them, something like Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection is a good choice.

Polishes wise you cant go wrong with the Poorboys SSR range, Megs 83 or 80, or the Menzerana range - Intensive Polish and Final Finish(s). The Poorboys are easier to master, the Menzerna has a stepper learning curve but yeilds the best results. Other products that work well by machine are...

Autoglym Engine and Machine Cleaner or Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner here. Polish and seal after and then you will just need soap and water for future cleans.

No other colour comes close when they are clean though.

Claying won't remove streaks or grease from glass, it removes embeded contaiments that washing alone won't. It is designed to remove stuck on crap basically, id worth claying the glass still, but you will need to polish it after still too.

Also have you tried the AG Polish by the PC on a polishing or light cut 4 inch pad yet Al?

Meguiars APC or AG Engine and Machine Cleaner/Motorcyle cleaner would be my next attack.
