if you can CHANGE a head on a 172/182 in 3 hours then you're talking right out your bum flaps! you can remove the head in 3 hours, but change it and have it running again in 3 hours = no chance

timing belt = cambelt connects the crank to the cams in simple terms
aux belt (auxillary) powers all the ancillaries, aircon, PAS, waterpump
tools needed
ratchet
18mm socket (rear lower shock bolts)
17mm spanner (front shock top mount retaining nut)
21mm socket and a spanner (front top mounts, lower shock bolts)
breaker bar
hammer
axle stand x1 (ignore if you have 2 trolley jacks)
trolley jack x 1 (2 makes things easier)
deep 19mm...

i'll put it this way we had a head that was (in my opinion) excellent, nigh on £600 to have done, cars with similar work (stock bottom ends, we were running a chunk more comp ratio) we were approx +20bhp over them
but we had lairy cams, high comp, a map not done by Stevie Wonder, amd a few...
