    no leaks anywhere? i'd suggest firing off the ABS a few times and then pressure bleeding the system (not with an eazibleed POS!)

    did you drain the system? if you did, then that = problems (ie air in the ABS system) you should just bleed it through, never drain it

    172 cups ARE more than just different offset wheels, different rear stub axles for a start

    i couldn't tell you off the top of my head, remember phs1's have ET(can't remember) and cups are ET38.5 a cup is 20mm wider on the front and 10mm wider on the rear over a normal phs2 172

    yes no problem changing from 185/55 to 195/50, but you have to change all 4 as it will confuse the ABS system if you run say 2 185/55's on the back and 2 195/50's on the front capish?

    studs and nuts are about £70 (can probably be done cheaper though) spacers are £45 per axle IIRC not cheap, but good

    rear hub nut is 175nm, the rest is QFT, holes direction won't matter
