FE stands for final edition, not 100% but I think they normally throw in a few upgrades over the standard S24 I may be wrong though.

Oh 100% The hours I stuck into GTA 5 on Xbox 360 and then again on PS4 was crazy. I never bothered with online either, early days it was terrible so never tried it again after that
