    Rent a flat in a better area ? Insure the car at you new address. Will be cheaper than 5K on insurance surely. If you pay 5k to drive a clio .............. not worth it at all.

    you can get softer springs. But lowering springs and coilovers are preformance parts this means they will stiffen up the car to improve the handleing. You could go back to the standard springs or man up :D

    Check your fuse box. our car lost all drive one night. turned out it had blown a 30AMP fuse for the fuel pump there fore no fuel and would not start ect.
