the dynacup is back from the bodyshop, just crap phone pics, its been reunited with "tyrone"

its a horrible job, front bumper off, slam panel out, jack the engine up, loosen the alternator (i find it makes things easier) and loosen the brackets supporting the alternator
then you have to release the tension on the aux belt, using a special tool (everyone makes their own!)
its the most common job i get in on the RS clios, "i've had my cambelt done but its got a whining noise"
that'll be the aux belt idler then, ALWAYS change the lot
although they've got merc engines :D

A1 stuff is fine, it'll be from someone such as comma, etc
no attitude fella, just telling the truth, you need all 3 tools to do it properly, people think you only need the 1 "C" cam tool you mention, they're wrong, you must use all 3

engine number, oil breather setup and head casting are the main ones
172 is F4R 730-736 (any number in between, hey i've had a few shandy's, can't remember exactly!)
182 is F4R 738 i believe
