i honestly don't know what they cost, just the cup thing for sub £13K made me think! Anyway don't new cars come with 12months tax anymore?
as you can see i haven't bought a new car in a while!!! haha
they come with silver/chrome speedline centre caps, you cannot fit the renault caps to those wheels
the renault specific ones from the trophy are £150 each plus £13 per renault diamond centre cap
not so sure, depends if you're (as his lordship clarkson would say, hamfisted behind the wheel)
if you can pedal the car well enough then you'll be alright, k-tec when they were testing the quaife unit with cira 300bhp did a 1min 26.something round donnington on R888's, we managed a 1min...
^only problem being as "off the shelf" they're not as perfect as H&R IMO
the AST's can be perfect, but that involves f**king about with them for a while to get them right, H&R's however, whack em on, set them up and they're pretty good all rounders generically from the start
AST's after...
they should come with the driveshaft all assembled already fitted
just make note of which way round the metal plate is that holds on the gaitor to the box, i've seen people try and install that the wrong way round!
basically when you set the tension it will only tighten up on the tensioner side of the belt (ie crank to exhaust pulley) you spin it round a few times to equalise the tension on the entire belt then lock the pullies and tighten them all up

on a phs1 you might stuggle actually thinking about it, the centre of the wheel is tiny
yeah you have to drain the box oil, oops i forgot about that bit! LOL
