If its under the carport, I would QD the whole car in the morning. Clay the areas you need to re-do, re apply supwr resin to those areas that you have clayed and then crack on with the EGP.
Cheers guys.
Was far to hot, finished Dave's car, chilled in the garden for the afternoon for a while. But now have just finished my own car ready for a show tomorrow, having a beer now. A little bit tired!
A few snaps of Dave (Davehughes) of here's 182. He popped up for a machine polish this morning, damn it was warm!
The car to Daves credit was in really nice shape.
Process
Poorboys Spray and wipe to remove light dust.
PC polish
Sonus Yellow SFX Cutting Pad - Poorboys SSR 2.5
Sonus...
Same looking headlamp washer jets as the 17/182's, I bet they will fail just the same.
Thought they would have made a nicer hidden away system at the price the 197 retails at, I would want VW touches at that price.
LOL! I would have taken one out nailed it and seen what he would do.
I test drove the demo 182 as I wanted to before buying, will be doing the same in the 197 even though I have no intention at the moment to get one.
Nice one Steve. Just got my Macbook Pro back up and running after a faulty battery replacement under warrenty. Not impressed by the build qaulity of the latest stuff.
Spray waxes wise - OCW for me. If used in conjunction with other Waxes and Sealants you cant go wrong with any of them to top up protection though.
OCW is the only one I would use as a stand alone spray sealant/wax.
Really - Had these on my 306 Xsi and they where nicknamed ditch finders in the dry, let alone pushing it in the wet. Hate them.
Only thing I like about them was LOO with them on was so easy even in the dry!
Gutting Maz - hope they take responsibility and get it sorted. Is this the same place that damaged admits megane?
I am dreading my first service, Rentech or Carlton for me despite it them both being a 300 mile round trip.
