i'm after a rear pair of windows for a mk2 clio, but none of the one's i've seen fit properly, it seems there's a rubber seal to go with the OE glass that "fills" the windows out a bit, adds to the OE look
get a redtop 20/25
chuck it under the passenger seat for the stealth install
chucking it in the boot serves no purpose IMO (don't bother with a stock size battery, big ugly f*****s)
you'll need spring compressors to get the old springs off (assuming its a non RS clio)
fit the springs, leave it a month or 2 then get the alignment sorted
i would never ever use steels on track, they're crap with heat
try getting a steel off the hub after belting it round track
buy a set of mk1 172 alloys or get down team dynamics factory for the sale, £100 a set of 15's
fastest 172 cup is 13.9sec (it was running a VIPER, apparently they're s**t according to the forum, a mikey mouse decat and exhaust and an r-sport ecu)
it was on slicks, but a car with the same mods did a 14.1 on road tyres
fastest 172 is a 14.4 i believe (paddy)
the rest are high 14's/low...
chuck the laser/sealy kit in the bin, most useless thing ever made IMO, it WILL bend as you do it
there are no timing marks, the way the sealy/laser kit suggests is a bit vague tbh
