na different the sill is the bit above, but they all bend, its normal, hammer and a dolly, whack em straight job done

70mph down to 10mph about 6-10times allow to cool by driving without braking, bit of left footing whilst on the power job done

in racing whether its your fault or not you don't cough up a penny, most teams have insurance that covers the car (well the first £10k or so IIRC)
