^na, thats still a yozzasport car, a quick one too!! i enjoyed thrashing it round Spa and the ring last september ;) it did FCS this year also
the smashed up rally car was a cup racer that we looked after, used to be blue and silver
done well there, been driving round for three months with dodgy wheels and you've only just noticed a problem????? i would've told you to jog on!
but then it should've been spotted before sale
slacken the top mounts BEFORE jacking the car up (hand tight)
when you take the front struts off push the bottom of the strut over the track rod, easiest way, otherwise you might scratch the arch
you might need to hammer the lower shock bolts out also (21mm) just do the fronts with BOTH front...
springs are the perfect length for the shocks, when you undo the top mount the spring doesn't poing off at 300mph like normal cars, no need for them squire
(i've done over 100 of the buggers, trust me)
37min is the time to beat (all 4 corners, no ramp, no air tools) ;)
its mainly the setup time, it also depends on whether you're going to kwik fit or a motorsport specialist, the equipment will be (well should be!) a lot more precise at the motorsport place
a full chassis setup (corner weighting, camber adjustment, alignment etc) can be upto £250, but its time...
