You need the 110v plug to replace the one on the PC, plus a 110V extension lead. You should not really use an extension from a socket to the transformer.
The Gold class wax is not the easiest product on or off, and the durability is poor.
On the link the detailing spray is the one you want. The other products is a clay bar.
I dont know how much sharper the Sigma will be than you Nikon, it is still really a budget lens. How sharp is the Nikon without the extender on? A cheap extender will kill a lens.

Neil took them off to clay as he said it was easier without them. Never done a valver before to know!
