it runs fine, just sounds like riverdance on crack

noise is rpm related, ie the high the rpm the faster the rattle, almost like the cam is hitting something compression test showed nothing wrong

just undo the 2 18mm bolts on the bottom of the rear shocks (1 per side) with the car ON THE FLOOR then jack it up, springs will fall out if it takes more than 20min to do the rear then you need "help" ;)

the lower crank pulley isn't supposed to line up with the groove let him know that there's a whole host of special tools required to do the job, none of the pullies have a physical locking device, they're all held by friction
