Whilst I appreciate what you're saying, buying a categorised car blind (as in you haven't seen the damage and have no idea who repaired it and how it was repaired) is a complete lottery.
Super rare clio that is, rarer than a V6. (serious!)
Get it cleaned up and back to its former glory. The headlights can be done with this... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3M-Headlight-Lens-Restoration-Kit-/281249500523?pt=UK_Car_Accessories_Car_Care_Cleaning&hash=item417bc6cd6b
If it's got an undertray fitted and there is a leak, you'll struggle to see it. I'd remove the undertray, then park it up running for 20 mins or so. If there's a leak you'll see it on the floor.
This is around the corner from me...

Apparently he is a tech at Tiley Subaru and it's mechanically spot on. Although sadly his messages are as blunt as his advert.
I recently sold a 182 that we did the belts and dephaser on.
I had the receipt from Renault, the old parts in a big sack, a stamp in the book and a list with my garages stamp on it, confirming what was replaced.
Still didn't believe me.
Absolutely heroic maher, well done mate.
Although sadly, Danny_172 has overshadowed everyone on the forum today. His epic capers are in the TIDL thread.
