    Addicted to Clio 1*2's

At work I've had so many I can't remember. Personally though, I've had about 30 of them. I had 9 last year FFS! Lol. I think this phase 1 is my last one though. They're too old now and finding ones that have been looked after properly is impossible.

Once, twice, threeee tiiiiiiiimes a phase onnnnnneeeee....

This feels broken in comparison. First time I drove it I thought it had a 1.2 engine In it.

Ah, you mean instead of bolt to hub type? Yeah we had these made for a track car ages ago. If I decide to keep these wheels, I'll be buying the bolt to hub type as they're a lot easier when fitting the wheels back on!

Front bolts are 20mm longer than standard. Bought 8 of them off the bay a couple of years ago. I'll get some better pics once I've cleaned it in the week.

Window Tinting - how much is factory % and where to go? (West Midlands)

I had my golf done with 35% tints and it looked the same as that Focus tbh.

At least they lubed up. If they went in dry, you'd have £4k of outstanding finance on it too...

    Rear shock top nut size?

I removed mine today (ph1 172) and they were 19mm.

They're not all that big though mate. A mk2 clio for example is taller than my Orion (a 1990's family car!) and only about 6 inches shorter. Mad to think 5 of us used to go on holiday in my dads orion back in the day! It's tiny inside compared to newer cars.

Once, twice, threeee tiiiiiiiimes a phase onnnnnneeeee....

A little bit of an update... So the car looked woeful. The back was sat on its arse looking like I was carrying immigrants, and it bumped and skipped all over the road. I got it on the ramp and low and behold, two burst rear koni shocks! Never seen so much fluid!! So I fitted a spare...

Some of my old clios (pic heavy)

If it wasn't for the mud and puddles when it rained, we'd still be there. Oh, and a slight issue with planning permission and the council wanting us out....

The Impreza picture and discussion thread

That isn't worth £3200. Nasty interior, engine bay looks like its been dragged out of the river and it isn't running big bhp. There was a lovely UK2000 on ebay not long ago. Silver one. Hold on...

The only thing I will say, it's a pet hate of mine, is that the pricing page contains no pricing. Which I understand as photography varies so much. So I think it would be better if it said ''We offer a tailored package and the prices vary'' or some other s**t like that. I really don't see...

Cheap BMW, new mot, ideal work hack?

f**king right I am mate. Sold my Corsa this week, now getting rid of this, my cup and my clio 1.2. I'm fed up of having half finished stuff lying around. Time to sack them all off and concentrate on work.* Once I've got rid of that lot, I'm probably going to sell the wifes fiesta and get her...

It wouldn't bother 99% of people but it makes asking nearly £4000 for a clio even harder to justify. Just goes to show that its worth doing every time. (Says he with four cars parked outside, none of which i've Hpi'd! lol)

    Someone explain power and tourqe

That is absolutely amazing. Genuinely. Since the age of 16 (When I started at Rolls Royce) everybody I spoke to has tried to explain torque and power to me. At one stage, I had 2 instructors at college and about 3 classmates all with drawings and diagrams etc etc and I still couldn't grasp it...
