you braked from 120 down to 20 with the clutch in? never heard of engine braking?

just jack it off the chassis rails under the car, it lifts the whole side up so both wheels are off the ground

will be a bit low still IIRC the thermostat opens at around 85degC (thats when the temp gauge goes to halfway) i would say at least 20min before giving it the beans
