if you search tinternet try and find the melting temp of stainless
172 cup is 89kg lighter (no aircon, no spare, thinner glass plus some other stuff)
20mm wider front track, 10mm wider rear (might be the other way round)
172cup is the fastest of the lot, but also the most dangerous, hundreds have been written off due to UK weather and also lack of driver skill
no i agree, i was just commenting on the fact all uk racers use elf 5W40 (or should do as thats what renault says to use in the book) i know the guys that look after the renaultsport engines for the uk
