Non sports only came with 14 inch steels. Unless you manage to find 4 spare wheels from a dynamique or privilege. Easiest option is the steel wheels from a 1999-2002 megane/megane scenic. Loads of 15 inch steels on them.

Genuine parts for all of them. You could upgrade the leads but I don't see the point personally. I'm willing to be educated on that though. Euro car parts / GSF parts are crap though so don't bother with them. Genuine FTW.

Steve can charge what he wants. There is no other ph1 like that and to replicate it with another (with sub 60k remember!) with the same parts and prep, would cost you well into £6k i'd imagine.
