Shame the pics are small you cant see the number on the Plaque.

To get the best out of it and remove swirls you have to work it hard, as long as you work it so it breaks down properly it wont hurt your paint.

The main problem for me with both NXT and the Gold Glass is neither are that easy to use. There are lots of products especially working by hand that go on and off a lot easier.

You can use it one the whole car if you want, it just will be hard work!

I always use clay with car wash solution, not tried blue tack tho.

Tip of the thread ^^^^^ Make sure the clay is warm and soft like play doe or plastacine you had as a kid, other wise if its hard it will damage your paint. The hot water and keeping it in the bucket works well, some people warm it up in the microwave first to!

A good tip for the used clay before you chuck it away is to save it to do your wheels. Once or twice a year is all you should need to clay a car IMO.

I find a third of the bar fine to do a whole car 182 size normally unless its got lots of contaminents on it. Keep folding and kneading it to get a clean surface. If it gets very grimy use the next bit. I store the un used partion in an air tight tupperware box. Anything else, cling film or...

As Si says , you really need to go and try them both out and get the feel for which one suits you best. I spent a good hour or so at my local camera shop trying them both and a selection of lenses and choose the 350D - which I am very pleased with.

Both are very mild proucts so ny hand you should be fine, no real need to do that everythi though. There should be no need to polish a car every week like others have said. A dedent deep clean and polish should be fine every 3 -6 months. If your really keen a mild paint cleaner or polish...

Like Ozzy says if your getting the 182, the Dension kit works a treat, and still keeps the stalk and display functions.

Depends on the dealer, some are screwd, some stuck, some riveted! I asked for them to be stuck on rather than screwed as I was worried about them doing what Pete mentions.

Being an 05 plate car - does your standard headunit say Update List on it? If so to keep the stalk and display working is not going to be cheap.

Spray makes it quicker to apply, as to weather they are better that's down to the product.

Maybe try some clay to sort out those last specks. Ideally if they are a bare metal finish I would try and only use soapy water on them.

Heat up with a hairdryer to remove the adhesive and slowly peel of. Clean up any residue left over with some Autoglym Tar Remover. I have the same job to do in a weeks time!
