Like other have said if youy sell it you may not find another as good, and regeret it.
Though 143K is a lot for an R5, when I started reading the post I thought it was going to be 20-30K example low miler. If it really is mint its been looked after well so you should keep it, but if you do need...
Its cheaper to go car to car to car, rather than take it off and retain, then use.
The 105 quid is the Transfer fee 80 quid, and the retention for a year is the 25 quid.
Sounds a good basic set up.
Clay twice a year.
Polish and Seal with AG Resin And Extra Gloss once every 3 months.
A coat of Megs Stage 3 Carnuba or twice a month depending how keen you are.
Weekly wash and maybe consider a quick detail spray for enhancing gloss and shine after a wash.
Best tyres on the back makes sense on small hatches, when I get a new set get them stuck on the back here to now.
Used to swap front to back every 3K on the 205 GTi so always ended up needing a full set!
When you find one let me know, though I have better uses than washing cars with her.
Would'nt trust her on mine anyway - shes uses a sponges not a washmitt ;)
Looking into getting a nano myself in the next few weeks.
Currently have a 20GB I pod which I have had for just over a year, Used everyday and can't fault it.
Welcome to CS, hope you find a good one.
Drive a few and see which ones for you. If you want all the toys full fat 172/182 is the one for you. Something inbetween 182 Cup or Trophy, or if you want to whole hog rawness, 172 Cup.
When I ordered the 182, Renault could not do more to do a good deal, where as despite the 180 bring a bit poo, all Pug would do is give me metallic paint Free - not only is the car poor, they want you to pay top money for it.
Sonax is my fave for suds and finish, the one I would use if I had to pick one.
Gold Glass, works well and is available easily in largeish sizes.
The Blue Zymol cleans really well, so its great at this timeof year with allthe salt and crud around.
Can't go wrong with any of them.
The only place the that sells the Sonys pads over here wants silly money.
Other places sell pads that are just as good over here.

The opposite to Alan, I find the Megiuars yellow hand pads ideal, where as the terry applictor pads work well, but soak up and waste alot of product.
Different people get on better with different products and process.
Apply it with a foam hand pad on clean well washed paint and remove with a good microfiber cloth and results should be A1. It needs reasonable pressure to do it's job, no need to push on the pad really hard though. Nice and thin coats to avoid dusting.
You where meant to send me some pics!
Anything looks good over correct paint prep, its not what you use, but how you use it and how well the paint is prepared.
I found that with Gold Class to, supposed to be reformulated to sort that now though.
You working by hand or machine ?
I actually Prefer Super Resin and Extra Gloss over both NXT and Gold Glass.
Super resin is *very* mildly abbrasive, but tests have shown by hand it removes no clearcoat. Applied correctly I have never seen it put in marks. The AG paint renovator however does.
It has a few minor marks to deal with, as I have not used a cutting pad on it yet, waiting for its first Birthday (1st March) before it gest its first real machine polish. Something I only want to do once a year.
Mine doesnt... In the garage but a bit mucky!
