    its got something to do with a chemical in the carb cleaner (i forget the name) but its not a good idea to get that into the engine happy?

    its just not a good idea! tdc sensor (aka the crank sensor) is on top of the gearbox

    you only have 1 (remove it from the car to clean it) and i doubt thats the cause, more likley to be TDC sensor

    make sure you've ordered the correct offset, as tweeks have a habit of thinking 182's use the same offset as 172's must be ET43, NOT the ET38

    throttle bodies? or throttle body? i wouldn't be squirting carb cleaner in with the engine runnning!

    nope, use the 1.2 hubs, wishbone, driveshafts etc etc just use the 1.816V engine and box

    why don't you need the mounts? on the cup racer the box and engine is bolted to the subframe (its an r-sport subframe)

    ^don't take it to him then! there's a camshaft locking tool, a crank locking pin, and a pulley locking tool, the tools are about £150 oh, you need to new cam plugs too 7700106271 £6.64+vat 7700274026 £3.08+vat
