No idea mate. On my clio, I bought some bulbs from Osram or phillips, can't remember, and they were amazing! Difference was insane. I just wanted minimal fuss. Seems I need to get a 8000K HID kit??

At £4250 the car needs to be A1. I don't mean 'tidy', I mean 100% spot on. Nothing due replacement, no dents or scratches, nearly new tyres etc. £4250 is a lot of money though for one of these. I'd pay well over the odds for any car, as long as it was EXACTLY what I wanted.

Very nice!! If it was mine, i'd fit some 10mm spacers all round, black bumper stickers, do what you're doing to the exhaust straighten up that RS badge and they you sir would have a bloody lovely car! Fresh paint is the best thing ever. Its just heart breaking every time you clean it though...

It's do-able on axel stands, we've done a couple (I'm a glorified valeter and my mates a builder! lol) on the floor and its more difficult than on a ramp, but its certainly doable. Allow a day for it if you're confident, 2 if you're a bit special.

I must admit, it does seem a bit daft to spend upwards of £10k to get cheaper insurance and tax. Nice car all the same, just not sure the (poor) justifications are needed. Why not just start a thread ''I wanted a new car so bought a Polo'' ??
