I had a 172 come back under warranty with a misfire. Whipped it all apart and it had blown the plug out of the far left chamber. The (Bosch super 4!!! Grrrr) plugs were minging so I replaced them with new genuine ones, fitted all up tightly and perfectly, and away the guy went.
This was about...
I'd want more details on the history (What miles/time was it done?) and i'd want to know who did the cambelt.
Other than that, looks a nice car! Price nicely too.

No time and my mates losing his unit very soon so nowhere to do it either. If I did anything with it, i'd get my bodyshop to do it.
I need to get it back home and take a second look at it. I think I might be being over critical for a nearly 24 year old car.
Oooh, maybe you'll know, where can...
I don't know if I've got the enthusiasm to go that deep into it mate.
The passenger side rear wing is hilarious. Looks like they rubbed the filler down with a Rasp ffs!
1989 Ford orion 1.6i Ghia.
Bought and collected it today from Wakefield which was an 11 hour round trip... And it's still in Yorkshire! I had to collect Mike Jenics 172 Cup that I bought off him 2/3 weeks ago and took a mate to drive the orion back. But we got there and the car has been...
