always mate. it cost my mate nigh on 7k for the bodies/engine rebuild on his williams. if only hed asked me to do it, i could have saved him at least 4k of that ........and hed have actually had a car that ran afterwards. mind you...this was a good 6 years + ago.

yes it is. but 3 up, a boot full of s**t, and full interior, against stripped, buckets, chipped, 1 up bodies vs charger......i know where my money would be going. kinda shows u the diff really. well..wen uv seen it in all specs.

lol...thats chris's cup....stripped, remap etc. we re-ran this the other week, 3 up in jons....the result was the complete opposite, jons disappeared quite quickly away from chris. ;)

when i find a better car to fulfill my needs i may be tempted to let go. ;)

but given the choice of 2.0 or 1.8 go for the 2.0 ........in time you will be converting to 2.0 anyway, so save a bit of time/money and plump for 1 straight away. imho.

not to mention hes let some of the harshest drivers loose in it for prolonged periods....and i mean real car breakers. and no......i havent broken it for him yet either. lol

aye with the mk 1 s tho just throw the r19 front box mount at it as well and it pretty much eradicates the prob. iv not had 1 fail with the extra mount in over the 4+ years iv had em. was nearly 1 a year before that.

aye iv owned several of both too. and fixed countless others. so if u want any advice or owt jus ask. always willing to give no BS straight forward answers. ;)

id say 2.0 evry time tbh. whether in valver or if you go for full fun package n go for the willy ;) in terms of speed, diff class tbh. loads more torque throughout the rev range with the williams, doesnt rev as high as std as the 1800, but then you dont really need it to, if its std, and the...

yeah fairly easily mate tbh. head gasket in just over an hour too. plenty of ppl have seen me do this..last one i did was gunners actually. would be able to do em quicker with a ramp etc, these times are all on the back street.

and whatever you do..........dont buy one that has a hole in the roof......itl leak and rot the car from the inside. as above really, pas pumps are generally a little noisy, so if the 1 u look at has a noisy one, its no biggie. most things only take a couple hours to do on the car...

yeah he was bein a prick . i tried to go up the inside jus before the back straight , but u can see the instructors arm popping out the skylines window showing me the error of my ways lol.....i did actually get a warning for that, which was retracted at the insistence of one of the other...

and how do you get to that?? the williams is quicker, better poised, comfier, more economical, has larger boot space so is more practical, is just as reliable, handles better, has more driver feeling, less driver aids/hindrances. the list could go on.
