lmao...did u watch the vids??? there are corners at snetterton u know.
granted not the best of lap times, but was my first time driving the car, and first time on that track. the cars going past were mainly time attack cars......big buck motors... we had a race spec cooper s and a ex...
same car on bodies......its not too shabby at going round corners either..... like i said.once the susp is sorted whats left to do???
more power.

i think the vid of jons car vs the masa is enough to prove that it IS a biblical improvement over standard tbh.
no it wont improve the handling, but to get a decent set up of coilies etc your looking at nigh on 2 grand anyway ;)
so if you add a charger to the susp set up + the car youd be...
lol....that was owner of the car i was driving.....link appears to be broken on youtube for some reason...
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/clio-williams-chases_64513.htm
well iv driven the car with bodies and with charger. it seemed to be able to spin the wheels easier with the bodies than it does the charger.
so id say its about the same as standard tbh. but better with charger than bodies.
lol.no mate it doesnt convert it to RWD. but it also doesnt mean extra wheelspin. i take it you dont like FWD then?? predictable...not really, understeer....takes a deft right foot to steer it on the throttle as much as it does with RWD
lol no mate he was toying with me........i was pretty much flat out, hence passing pretty much evrything else, 225 megs, 197s, 182s, 172s, and other williams es.
altho mine was running std williams cams and a std 1.8 valver head at the time due to the kent cams exploding and destroying...
yep..........u did mate.
its still a Fix Or Repair Daily at the end of the day. and somethings thats supposed to be pretty quick. whereas the clios just a shopping trolley
i know how much my minis used to piss off my Fix Or Repair Daily fan mates back in the day, xr 2/3/is and the odd...
my mate had a tweeked ra spec scoob years ago, was supposedly running 300+ bhp.
the track car had the bodies on then , not overly impressive imho, and it used to rip him a new arsehole.
the boosted clio would have done the same to the bodied track car. no question.
lmao
but a p1 with 350 ...power to weight is never going to be as quick as a clio with 270...... not to mention the power sapping 4wd system
for a grand on a scoob, zorst, remap n thatd b your lot pretty much
i thought it was because you couldnt afford one..or so you said.
btw...my williams 0159 STILL doesnt rattle or squeek etc. 0051 however is a diff story. like evrything, theres good ones and bad ones....altho havin no trim etc in 0051 doesnt help much tbh
lol....i know that mate....was posting in response to ur comments ;)
personally i think the ph 1 LOOKS better than the rest. as for driving.....they are probably much of a muchness......like all cars you get gd and bad ones....ask jamie ...his willy was a bad un . ;)
if i was to buy a 1*2...
personally i prefer the looks of the ph1. the later ones all look alike, whether it be a 1.2 or a 1*2.
and im not on the 'step up' to a faster clio....i have a williams..a 17/82 would be a step down to a slower clio tbqfh
go for the ph1 mate....add a few bits for the extra grand and...
after having spent a bit of time behind the wheel of both. get the meg. ;) soooooo much easier to drive quickly, and lots better as an everyday car. vx is good, dont get me wrong, but a bit gutless imho if it isnt the tub version
man after my own heart....keep the foot in, itl keep goin where you want lol.
and a little tribute to the man the legend....

the ending just goes to show even the best get it wrong sometimes lol.
lmao....funny as...lol
they cant make them remove the video as its filmed in a public place. so they have no say whatsoever.
the insurance claim will be funny though. who was driving at the time of the incident?......errrrrrr nobody because we jumped out of the moving car. lol...
plenty about mate if you look hard enough. granted not williams, but as u rightly say, meg 710/714s. yes they need the dizzy machining out if you want to run the meg head. which is where the valver head comes in. few quid for headset but then its done n forgotten about. slightly smaller...
lol..no mate ur right. i dont have the experience of making a mk1/f4 loom. as for being qualified......wtf?? is there a qualification for it?? lol
judging by r/r days etc the f7s always produce the goods, the f4s are very hit and miss. some produce only a little less than std reno figures...
