    we run around 25psi cold, 30/31 hot, but its down to personal choice as to what suits you

    the rocker cover holds the cams inplace, once you remove the rocker cover the cams simply lift out

    BIG BIG JOB!!!! cambelt off, pullies off, rocker cover off, its a good 7hour job its doesn't have a gasket, its a silicone type seal if the leak is only small i'd leave it

    i haven't seen the article yet, but it definatley caused massive understeer on slow speed corners and oversteer on high speed

    i did the review on the whitleline rear ARB for Performance Tuner mag, its not bad, but causes the car to understeer like a bugger on slower stuff and very very tail happy on the high speed stuff (whole car would need to be setup to suit)

    nope, 1 cable runs the length of the car (earthed to the shell at the back) i go into a junction box inside the fuse box and run a direct feed to the starter and fuse everything else

    well if you try and push the dent out you'll strech the metal (its already streched by being dented) you have to shrink the metal
