the one under the gearbox?
bit of a t**t to change, you have to remove the battery and battery tray/mount (i would suggest changing this mount too, very common for the tray to crack)
then undo the bolts holding it onto the box and subframe and jack the gearbox up to get it out
nope its fully drivable, just a few gremlins in the rear loom (reverse lights don't work and a few other bits)
needs an MOT and a respray, but apart from that it goes like a rocket
believe it or not edde, front ride height is only 5mm lower with the new engine
