Its annoying Halfords only sell the FM ones! FM modulators will only ever get radio quality, as the go through the tuner. For higher cd quality you need the other model. I didnt bother with the dash clip, just went for the dock cable and have fed that into the glove box.

When ever you remove or assign a plate they always say in the small print that the vehicle(s) should be available for inspection, but this is the first time I have known them to do it.

Once stuck, you wont be able to remove and refit.

All VVT does on your 172 is control emmisions at low revs. Its not comparable to what VTEC does on a type R etc.

I would have choosen the moonlight blue, any over here James? Pics? Not sure on the inferno on the V6 doesnt quite look right.

A few people on here have had this done under warrenty. They should sort it without any fuss for you.

If you get the Dension ones meant for the Renault headunit they plug into the existing cd changer port on the factory head unit aswell. Denison do a universal FM radio one, dont get this one.

Chips away may be able to sort it for you. If not it will need to be flatted back and the whole thing re-laquered.
